| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout Now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need so we can complete the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. To pay online, select "Credit / Debit Card" as your preferred payment method. You can also pay by cheque or send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail. Just select "Invoice prior to dispach" as your prefered payment method and we will send you an invoice. Then send us your payment and once it has been cleared your order will be dispatched. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit / debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We apply a flat delivery fee of £4.00 for nearly all orders to be delivered within the UK. The only exception is if you have placed a bulk order making the package particularly heavy. We will then email you to ask for a larger contribution towards the postage. We will only process the order and take payment once we have received your approval. If you are placing an order to be delivered outside the UK, please submit your order as normal and we will email you with a quote for postage. We will only process the order and charge your credit card once we have received your approval. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order within two working days after receipt of payment. International orders are generally received in under 14 days. We will inform you immediately if any items you have ordered are out of stock. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. We will always email you first to let you know when goods will be back in stock and you will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
