Delays to Deliveries

Our couriers and Royal Mail are under tremendous pressure, so deliveries may take longer than usual.
Although we are extremely prompt at sending out orders we must apologise for any delays caused by the challenging times we are all currently experiencing.

Screws and Bolts

Our team of packing staff are extremely diligent at checking the screws and nuts and bolts for each product. Please unpack your item very carefully to make sure you retain the screws or nuts and bolts.
The fittings are usually packed within the product packaging.
If you require us to send screws, nuts or bolt as a separate item, after you have received your order, we will charge for the shipping cost and the cost of the parts if applicable.

Postage & Packing less than £5 to the UK mainland

Most orders are delivered for less than £5.00 within mainland UK. However, as many of our items are heavy, when ordering multiple or weighty items, the carriage method will automatically revert to courier as the cheapest method of postage.
Postage is calculated automatically based on weight, with options to choose from within each weight bracket. Please see the table below for basic UK mainland delivery charges:

Where possible we pack our goods in pre-used packaging in our bid to be a little more eco-friendly. If we have to use new packaging it would be great if you might be able to re-use it yourself

We Deliver Worldwide

We ship our goods worldwide. All shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on location and weight. So if you are placing an order to be delivered outside the UK mainland, please just submit your order as normal.

Speedy Delivery

We will normally dispatch your order within two working days after receipt of payment. We will inform you immediately if any items you have ordered are out of stock. If part of your order is in stock and you wish it to be sent straight away then we will send this part of the order and send the out of stock item as soon as it arrives back in stock.

If you would like your order to be sent quickly, even though it is light, then please choose the courier option at the higher charge.

Please be aware that all courier collections have to be booked by 2.00pm so not all orders will be delivered next day. We don't give priority to courier orders after 2.00pm but we do, however, endeavour to send your goods by courier at the earliest opportunity.

Back Orders

Should any of your items not be in stock we will back order for you. We will always email you first to let you know when goods will be back in stock and you will always be given the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you would rather not wait.


Should you find that the product you have chosen is not going to fit in the place you had in mind and you would like to return it, you can do so by sending the item back in its original packaging with all of its fittings. If products are found to be scratched, damaged, or have missing parts on receipt, a 15% charge will be deducted from any refund. We will tell you about any problems when we receive the return.
Please also include your order number, which you will find in the top right hand corner of the delivery note.
We will only accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

We will issue a refund on receipt of your parcel.

If you wish, you can return goods under 2kg via Royal Mail using either first or second class post. You can also use Royal Mail's guaranteed or confirmed service though the costs are higher.
For parcels weighing over 2kg you can use one of several parcel comparison web sites. We can give you details of this option via email or on the phone.

Please note that we only refund return carriage costs if there is a fault with the item, or if we have accidently sent you an incorrect item.
