Pair of Large Brass Pineapple Curtain Pole Finials

The pineapple curtain rod finials from Castelion®, sometimes refered to as pinecone finials, are cast in three parts, in solid brass, hand polished and left unlacquered as they would have been when they were first made.
The pineapple represents opulence as in the past, such fruits were scarce and could only be afforded by the wealthy.
The finials are suitable for a wood or metal pole of 50 or 63mm diameter.
Sizes: Height: 10cm (4″), Max Width: 6.5cm (2½”), Base: 65mm (2½”) diameter, Fitted with an M5 (5mm) fixing bolt for mounting.
