Porridge Spurtle

A solid beech porridge spurtle, or porridge stirring stick for making porridge in a traditional fashion.
The idea is that the thistle shaped shaft, with tapering end, allows the porridge to be whisked without it slopping over the edge of the pan, while the button foot stops the porridge from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
