Brass Ventilation Grille

This is an ornate solid brass decorative ventilation grille from Castelion® with a butterfly handle in the centre to operate the hit and miss vent. If the vent is out of reach, a string can be attached to holes in the butterfly to operate the vent.
The are vent cover is cast from an old pattern and hand polished, then left unlacquered to gain a patina over time, or polished to regain its shine.
Sizes: 200mm (7 7/8″) x 200mm (7 7/8″) x 10mm (4/8″).
