Heavy Wrought Iron Suffolk Latch

This is a good heavily made, black, wrought iron thumb latch with an optional locking chain.
This suffolk latch has been traditionally made and blackened in the forge, then given a bees wax coating to help maintain the metal.
Sizes:
Handle 205mm (8″) high x 55mm (2 1/8″) at widest point x 50mm.(2″) projection.
Latch arm 180mm (7″) long.
Staple, keep and hinged end are 140mm (5 1/2″) high. These latches will fit a door up to around 100mm (4″) thick.
